Fee Information

I offer reasonable flat rates. When we talk I'll tell you about my fees. My fees vary based upon many factors including the difficulty of the case, the anticiapted number of court appearances and the situation. I understand that the cost of an attorney is an expense the you were not planning on. This is one reason I offer flat fees to asist you with your budgeting.

I accept payment by cash, check, money order and even credit card. I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. I offer payment plans on a case by case basis.

In any case the initial consultation with me is free so there is no risk on your part in learning what should be done to best defend your freedom and your rights. I will find your best defense. If after speaking with me you decide not to hire me you will owe me nothing.
