About
Tamar earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she founded the Wine Law Society and served as a president of the Cannabis Law Caucus. She received her Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature, along with a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
Tamar began her legal career as a staff attorney at the Clallam Public Defenders office. As a former public defender, she handled hundreds of cases and gained valuable trial experience. Working in a rural area was especially rewarding, as it taught her to effectively advocate with limited resources while defending clients from all walks of life.
Tamar is passionate about protecting people’s rights from government overreach. She is a dedicated and aggressive advocate for her clients.
Born and raised in Seattle, Tamar has worked all over Washington state for her legal career. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and watching movies with her husband. She is always eager to try new things and discover creative ways to stay active.
